ABOUT
Our goal is to create inspired, innovative & inclusive communities that are sustainable economically, socially and environmentally, and to develop platforms for the full participation of women, girls and youth locally and globally.
Our primary focus is building financially inclusive communities, by helping hard-working individuals develop their existing skills into profitable, self-sustaining small businesses, in a nurturing, loving and supportive environment.
To attain this goal, P4D partners with existing community organizations. Instead of working in silos, P4D collaborates with other effective nonprofits to identify as well as work with qualified social entrepreneurs, starting in the Maryland region. With our partner organizations, P4D leverages local and global connections and provides the expertise to enable them to maximize their impact, increase employment and use resources sustainably with dignity.
Pillars4Dignity’s Mission is to support and empower underserved Women and girls who face social or economic challenges – by building pillars and pathways to education, economic opportunity, financial independence, and improved health and wellness. Pillars4Dignity strives to help underserved women come to realize their full potential and let their light shine by reclaiming and restoring their dignity and self-esteem.
We work tirelessly to build pathways to personal autonomy, social justice, economic opportunity and employment for those who need it most.
Our work is a reflection of our commitment to betterment of a woman’s life and we are representative of our belief in the potential of every human being, especially underserved women. It’s what makes Pillars4Dignity the platform to give back a worthwhile life of Dignity to each woman working with us.
