Danielle Kelley is a United States Naval Officer, serving in the rank of Captain with 21 years of active-duty service as a Healthcare Administrator, Medical Service Corps and a native of Pompano Beach, Florida.
Mrs. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL and Master of Science degree, Healthcare Administration Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
As a healthcare administrator Mrs. Kelley has served in several executive roles to include: Associate Director for Managed Care, Occupational and Community Health Directorate, Administrative Officer for Surgical and Neuroscience Service lines and Division Officer, Health Information Management Services.
Mrs. Kelley has served in several operational roles as the Director for Administration onboard hospital ships; deployed in support of providing humanitarian and civic assistance to seven Caribbean, Central and South American countries and a disaster relief mission to medically assist a third world country after a massive earthquake. She has served as an Executive Assistant and advisor to Flag Officers, as the Director for Administration for two major trauma medical centers and a Congressional Legislative Liaison.
Mrs. Kelley is an experienced military executive with extensive expertise in leadership, customer relationship building, customer focus selling and experience within the Public Sector and Healthcare industries. Over 20 years’ experience managing complex organizations, managing customer expectations and working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with proven history of award-winning performance. Repeatable success proficiency in problem solving and building rapport with team members while understanding needs of the organization to achieve successful results. Adept at leading local and global teams, training, mentoring, development, cross functional team building and knowledge in building and working in high performing teams.
