Steven Abramowitz

Steve organizes events and gatherings, connects, writes, speaks, and enrolls and engages leaders throughout the region about the power of building and deepening relationships with intentional vision—that drives every one of us as leaders and contributors.

If everyone only did the things that speak to and respond to their intentional vision, what an amazingly inspired work, family and community experience we’d author and live in!

A trained artist, noted relationship builder, connecter and a well versed business and financial expert from his diverse, prior-life on Wall Street, Steven has a lifelong curiosity for what motivates organizations and leaders to do the things they do. Studying the leaders and companies that make the greatest impact in the world and achieve a more lasting success than others, he discovered the formula that explains how they do it.

The amazingly simple idea, the power of building and deepening core business relationships with intentional vision, is embedded in the make-up of human motivation and action—that when tapped into and directed to one’s highest purpose or motivations, is changing how leaders and companies think and act.

Steven’s universal and timeless views on business, connecting, business relationships and leadership have attracted attention from leaders in the business, public and private sectors, in the non-profit and for profit world, and have earned him invitations to meet with and access an unusually broad range of leaders of organizations, including: AOL, Human Genome Sciences, Discovery Channel, Merrill Lynch, Raymond James, Members of The House of Representatives, Congressional Joint Committees, Washington Ballet, Dr. Stephen Covey, Dr. Thomas Stanley, civic and non-profits, and numerous emerging growth companies.

Steven shares his optimism with all who will listen. An uncanny gift to connect and align leaders as partners, Steven hosts corporate gatherings around the U.S. including events organized by Ernst & Young, the Northern Virginia High Tech and Maryland Councils, MD Bio Alliance, BMW, CBS, the NFLCA, Washington Nationals, Young Presidents Organization, and Entrepreneur Organization. He also has appeared in numerous panels and been quoted in regional press, including The Washington Business Journal, Washington Sentinel, Washington Techway, Smart CEO, and has been featured on Comcast cable regionally.

He also has appeared in numerous panels, is a syndicated columnist for American City Journal appearing locally in 43 cities throughout the U.S. on building lasting relationships through connecting and managing business relationships.

Steven has served on the board of advisors for The Dingman Center of Entrepreneurship, the D.C. Board of Directors of The Institute of Management Accountants, and the President’s Inner Circle of the University of Maryland. Active in the not-for profit world, Steven has served as an Ambassador for the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship, an organization that helps young people from low-income communities build skills and unlock their entrepreneurial creativity, and is a co-founder of Champion’s Quest International, an organization that supports young leaders to discover and cultivate their champion voice. He teaches “The art of connecting and aligning at the top” to organizations regionally.

Steven resides with his very much loved family in suburban Washington, DC.
